Our rooms
Oppdal Turisthotell offers a range of room types, including rooms in the historic part of the hotel, which boasts a rich heritage dating back to 1924. These rooms also include two larger rooms with separate sleeping areas. We offer a total of 75 rooms of various sizes, including rooms that are perfect for families with children. We also have a modern annexe with family rooms, accessible rooms and double rooms. Most of our rooms offer fantastic views of the Oppdal mountains, and some of them have their own verandas or garden terraces.

Our spacious family rooms are located on the ground floor and open directly onto a charming balcony & garden, where you can park your car right outside the door. The outdoor area, complete with comfortable chairs, is the perfect place to relax whilst the children explore the surroundings.
Each room is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a practical sofa bed for extra guests, a TV, a desk for when you need to get connected, and a well-equipped bathroom for your comfort.

Our Connecting rooms, which feature a connecting door between two double rooms, are perfect for families looking for a little extra space. These rooms combine privacy and togetherness, with double beds, a desk and armchairs, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom in each room – ideal for families with older children or groups who want to stay close together.

Start your day off right with a delicious breakfast, served to our guests every morning. All rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, an en-suite bathroom and shower, and offer you all the comfort you need during your stay. With free on-site parking, it’s easy to get here by car, and with Oppdal station right on our doorstep, it is also convenient to travel here by train or bus.
