Restaurant Perrongen
Restaurant Perrongen has been serving guests ever since the Dovre Railway reached Oppdal in 1921. We offer a varied and flavourful menu featuring meat, fish, vegetarian dishes and a carefully selected range of drinks. Our à la carte menu varies according to the season and the availability of ingredients, and includes the classic ‘skiferbiff’, where you cook your own steak on a slate stone.

Monday – Saturday: 5.00 pm – 9.30 pm
Sunday: Closed

Catering
You can book catering for large groups with us.
As well as courses and conferences, we provide catering and venues for christenings, confirmations, weddings and private celebrations.

Lobbybar
Our classic lobby bar is open for large groups and events. Outside these times, the reception and Perrongen are available for the sale of alcohol and kiosk items.
Although we organise musical performances in the bar on a regular basis, we also offer a cosy atmosphere where you can enjoy a quiet moment in good company with friends or colleagues.

You can also buy beer, wine and snacks at our reception and take them back to your room or enjoy them in our communal area when the bar is closed.
George Pub
You will find the George Pub in the basement of the Oppdal Tourist Hotel. Here you can catch up with old and new friends over a drink, with good music and a friendly chat.

Room service
Would you prefer to enjoy your meals in the privacy of your room? Explore our selection directly from the menu. Choose to have your favourite dishes delivered to your room, or surprise your loved one with ice-cold champagne, prosecco, Cava, a chilled bucket of beer, or a bottle of red wine on arrival. For orders, please don’t hesitate to contact us on 72 40 07 00. You also have the option to add room service to your booking when you reserve your room.
